i appreciated the hotel's location overlooking the garonne river and pont neuf , it gave a scenic backdrop. the desk manager facilitated an earlier check-in , which was very helpful after my long flight. the room had big windows , providing plenty of natural light.

the absence of a kettle and fridge in the room was inconvenient , hindering my ability to prepare hot beverages or store refreshments.

the location was superb, right in the heart of everything. my room had a lovely view of the river. the staff were also quite helpful and friendly. they were very cute and available to answer any questions.

The room was small. It felt a bit cramped. the carpet in the room was old and worn. peeling paint in the bathroom bothered me a bit. I think it needs some maintenance.
